Fifth Degree Tours #1 Inc., is a minority owned, full service Entertainment
Company, whose staff has over 30 plus years of combined experience and has
been incorporated and conducting business in the music industry since 1993. The
company has (3) three main divisions: Concerts Promotions, Music Productions,
and Independent Record Label.

Company Ownership
Fifth Degree is a corporation, controlled by its majority owner, Wesley Hunter.
Although we have been promoting shows since the early 90’s, in January
2000, Wesley Hunter, CEO of Fifth Degree Entertainment Inc., formed the
company’s Concert Promotion Division into a separate entity currently known
as Fifth Degree Tours #1 Inc.

​Management Summary
Our management team’s 30 plus years of combined music industry experience is
heavily concentrated on tour management and promotion guaranteeing successful
and profitable tours. Former events managed and/ or co-promoted includes: world
tours for Aerosmith and Rod Stewart as well as segments of tours for over 100
other artist including R.Kelly, Jay Z and, Latin music legend Marco Antonio Solis.
The members of the management team are: Wesley Hunter, CEO, Eric Mitchell,
VP of West Coast Operations, Bryan J. Thomas, Esq., General Counsel and Janine
Washington, CFO, Micki Costa, Marketing Director and Jeff Apergan, Tour/
Production Manager. Wesley Hunter and Eric Mitchell have built Fifth Degree
through promoting major recording artist in the United States. Mr. Hunter and Mr.
Mitchell have handled several national tours. Janine Washington, CFO and tour
accountant has handled the tour accounts for such artist as Michael Jackson,
Rolling Stones and Neil Diamond. Micki Costa has led marketing campaigns for
Nike, Adidas and UCLA. Bryan J.Thomas, Esq. has represented multiple Artist as
well as Sony Music, Universal Music Group and Sports & Entertainment
Companies. Mr. Thomas recently won a case in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
(2nd District) for Angeles Fields Partners, LLC, opening the way for NFL football
to return to the City of Los Angeles. Jeff Apregan of the Apregan Group Inc. (Tour
Management Company) will be the Tour Manager. Mr. Apregan has handled
various tour management and production duties for Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, Eric
Clapton, and entertainment companies for over twenty-five years.
